We booked the New Puppy Guidance Consultation for our 10 week old Working Golden Retriever Puppy. From the first enquiry to the consultation everything was professional, thorough and timely. We received a wealth of information and guidance around transitioning from a kibble diet to a fresh food diet, along with further health guidance and support. We have begun implementing this advice and seen improvements in bowel movements as well as behaviours. The follow up advice was also thorough, informative and helpful, reflecting what had been discussed during the consultation along with further relevant information. We would not hesitate to use the Canine Nutritionist again if required in the future, and have found the whole experience from start to finish extremely positive and invaluable. Gerald, the canine nutritionist, has been absolutely amazing to work with! When Phoebe started having some issues with weight loss and scooting and itching, our vet recommended I seek a Canine nutritionist (and also several medication options which I wasn’t happy to keep covering symptoms). I contacted Gerald for help with my puppies yeasty ears, which I was pretty sure was a gut issue. Gerald listened to my concerns and took a detailed history. He was friendly, informative and non judgemental. Gerald provided me with lots of information, recommendations and an elimination diet, which I will be shortly starting my puppy on. I feel more confident that I can get my puppy's gut issues resolved and with a manageable budget. It will take a while to see the difference but at least now I feel I can start help to heal my puppy which will help with his overall health and behaviour. Gerald gave me some excellent information and suggestions re my dog who has food and environmental allergies - I have been trying to sort her issues out for a number of years with some success but in retrospect I would definitely advise contacting Gerald at the beginning of any issues your dog might have. He will give you much better and informed help than a standard vet. Thank you Gerald
