We booked the New Puppy Guidance Consultation for our 10 week old Working Golden Retriever Puppy. From the first enquiry to the consultation everything was professional, thorough and timely. We received a wealth of information and guidance around transitioning from a kibble diet to a fresh food diet, along with further health guidance and support. We have begun implementing this advice and seen improvements in bowel movements as well as behaviours. I contacted Gerald for help with my puppies yeasty ears, which I was pretty sure was a gut issue. Gerald listened to my concerns and took a detailed history. He was friendly, informative and non judgemental. Gerald provided me with lots of information, recommendations and an elimination diet, which I will be shortly starting my puppy on. Gerald gave me some excellent information and suggestions re my dog who has food and environmental allergies - I have been trying to sort her issues out for a number of years with some success but in retrospect I would definitely advise contacting Gerald at the beginning of any issues your dog might have.
